Collect:

You are welcome to collect your order from our store, orders are normally ready within 2 hours. Bring your confirmation email along to verify your order.

Local Delivery:

We can delivery your order in the Centurion area for a minimal fee of R25.

Domestic Shipping:

We ship to most major centers within South Africa. You will be liable for the delivery charges as specified on your order.

 

What are the delivery charges? 
South Africa - Domestic : All orders below R900 are billed R99 per delivery.
Orders above R900 are free of charge.
 
How will my mouth watering order be delivered?
We make use of The Courier Guy courier services.
 
How long will my delivery take?
Anywhere between 2 to 3 days, depending on various factors, these factors can give an indication and estimate of when your order will arrive. These factors include:
Time: Is your order placed after our office hours?
Weekdays: Is your order placed on a Thursday or Friday? This can significantly increase your waiting period.
Weekend: You are more than welcome to place your order over the weekend but just bear in mind that The Courier Guy is closed on weekends and will send your order on the Monday.
Public holidays: We and our courier services are closed on Public Holidays and will only send your order out on the day we return. Long weekends can also affect delivery time.
 
How do I track my parcel?
We will send you automated emails on the status of your parcel when it has been sent with The Courier Guy.
 
I can't find my tracking number?
If you can't find your tracking number send an email to orders@biltongspot.online
 
My label does not have any scans?
When The Courier Guy tracking website says that your parcel does not have any scans it means that we have your order ready but The Courier Guy has not collected it yet or they have not scanned the parcel yet. Check again after a few hours. If the problem persists send an email to orders@biltongspot.online
 
Can I give a certain time for the courier to deliver? 
We always give an indication on our parcels what time the courier should deliver your order. However, what happens at the courier’s depot we can't control.
 
Accepting your order: 
It will remain your responsibility to be available to accept delivery.  You should also be available to be contacted on your designated contact number.  If you are not available at the designated address to accept deliver, or if the delivery address is not accurate or premises is not accessible, the order will be returned to our shop Doringkloof Mall, Corner Lupin & Aster Street, Centurion, 0157 and you would be required to collect the products at your own costs within a period of 2 (two) days, alternatively prior to expiry date of the products, whichever is the earlier. You may also request a new delivery date within the next 2 (two) days or prior to expiry date of the products (whichever is the earliest) subject to an additional delivery fee.
 
Products will be delivered using vacuum sealed bags and/or insulated containers.  Once it has been delivered, all risk regarding the product  shall pass to you and it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your products are stored in the correct conditions.
 
Please inspect the products properly upon delivery.  If any products which you may receive are inaccurate or defective, you should not accept the product and return the product immediately with the courier.  Once you have inspected any perishable product and you have accepted it, it may not be returned unless it complies with the requirements as specified in our Returns Policy.
